Koundouros is one of Kea's most sheltered bays: calm water, a handful of tavernas, no crowds. The villa is above the bay on the hillside, an 18-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to the beach. Kea itself is 70 km from Athens and one hour by ferry from Lavrio port.
