Zephyros sits within a small, well-kept stone complex on the hillside above Koundouros bay. Guests have free access to all shared facilities throughout their stay.

The Complex

A small stone village of its own

The villa is part of a compact, privately managed complex of stone houses built into the Koundouros hillside. The grounds are quiet, well-tended, and shared only among a handful of properties. As a Zephyros guest you have free, unrestricted access to the swimming pool and tennis court for the full duration of your stay.

The pool and tennis court are shared within the complex. All other areas shown below (gardens, BBQ terrace, parking, and entrance) are part of the grounds you move through every day.

Swimming Pool

Cool off any time of day

The large pool sits at the heart of the complex, surrounded by stone paving and shaded loungers. Water is kept clean and clear throughout the season. There is no lifeguard, so children must be supervised.

BBQ Area

A proper outdoor kitchen

The common BBQ area sits on a shaded stone terrace with a large built-in grill, outdoor seating, and room for a long evening meal under the stars. It is available to all guests in the complex on a first-come basis and is especially good on warm summer nights.

Tennis Court

Play any time

A full-size hard court is available free of charge throughout the season. Racquets and balls are not provided, so bring your own if you plan to play. The court sits just below the pool terrace and is shaded in the early morning and late afternoon.

The villa includes one dedicated parking space under a timber pergola at the complex entrance. Parking is private to each property. Your spot is yours for the whole stay.
