Getting here
Easy to reach, hard to leave
Kea is one of the Cycladic islands closest to Athens. You reach it by ferry from Lavrio port, a crossing of about an hour, and Lavrio is roughly 90 minutes from central Athens and the airport. The villa is about 30 minutes from the island's port.
For a team, that means you can fly in and be by the pool the same afternoon. A hire car is recommended for getting around the island. Full travel notes are in the guide.
