Zephyros is a traditional stone villa built into the hillside above Koundouros, one of Kea's quietest bays. Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous living space open onto a terrace with unbroken sea views.
The Aegean is always in sight: at breakfast, from the hammock, from the shaded garden bench. Koundouros beach is eighteen minutes on foot or two by car, close enough to walk, far enough that the villa stays quiet.

Koundouros is one of Kea's most sheltered bays: calm water, a handful of tavernas, no crowds. The villa is above the bay on the hillside, an 18-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to the beach. Kea itself is 70 km from Athens and one hour by ferry from Lavrio port.

Our stay at Zephyros Stone Villa was wonderful. The villa is in an excellent location, just a short drive from both Koundouros and Pisses beaches, making it easy to explore the area. It is well equipped, comfortable, and ideal for a family or small group of friends. The shared pool, tennis court, and private parking were all great additions. Even in the summer heat, the villa stayed pleasantly cool and felt welcoming throughout our stay. We would gladly return and we definitely recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay on Kea Island! It is just a couple of minutes’ drive from both Koundouros and Pisses beaches, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. The property includes a dedicated parking space, a large shared swimming pool, and a tennis court, all of which are well maintained. The villa is exceptionally well equipped and offers far more amenities than you would typically expect from a summer house. It comfortably accommodates a family or a small group of friends and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Despite the summer heat, the villa remains pleasantly cool throughout the day. It was cozy, comfortable, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
