The Villa

  • Wifi: fast VDSL throughout the villa.
  • Water: a watercooler with chilled 10 litre fresh bottled water is always ready. Tap water on Kea is fine for washing and cooking but we recommend the cooler for drinking.
  • Check-in: from 15:00.
  • Check-out: by 11:00.

The Beach

Koundouros bay is an 18 minute walk or a 2 minute drive from the villa. It is sheltered, calm, and rarely crowded. More coves and beaches are a short drive away in either direction.

Sun and Heat

The summer sun in the Cyclades is strong. Bring sunscreen (high factor), a hat, and plenty of water for day trips, especially if you are hiking or spending a long day at the beach. The midday hours in July and August can be intense.
